OUR STORY / 05BUILT BY A POOL COMPANY, FOR POOL COMPANIES

We built this because we were the ones fighting it.

An actual route, actual techs, actual customers calling on Saturday. Not a software company that interviewed some pool guys.

We are Weston and Parker. We run a pool service company — an actual route, actual techs, actual customers calling on Saturday.

For years we ran that business on the same software most of the industry is on. It worked, mostly. But there were things we needed it to do that it would not do, and asking did not change it. So you work around it. Then you build a second system on top of it. Then one day you notice you are running your company out of three apps and a spreadsheet and you are still at the kitchen table at 9pm.

Eventually we got tired enough to build our own.

WHAT WE DID DIFFERENTLYEVERY DECISION CAME FROM A TUESDAY

Every decision in SwimTech came from something that annoyed us on a Tuesday, not from a roadmap. We built it phone-first because that is where we are — in a truck, at a pool, not at a desk. Most software in this industry still treats mobile as the companion to the real thing.

And we still run routes. SwimTech has to work in our company before it ships to yours.

When a pool pro calls and asks for something, we build it. That is not a policy. It is what happens when the people writing the software are the people running the routes.

The next step

Talk to the people
who built it.

A real person walks you through the app and answers straight questions.
